ACP Statement:

At A&I Avenues, your safety and privacy are very important to us. If you are enrolled in the Colorado Address Confidentiality Program (ACP), we take extra steps to protect your home address. We use your ACP substitute address whenever possible for mail, records, and most communication to help keep your real address private. We will only use your real home address when it is necessary, such as to schedule required in-person visits, make sure you receive the right services, or support your health and safety. When we do use your real address, we keep it safe by storing it in secure systems, limiting access to staff who need it to support you, training staff on privacy and confidentiality, and following strict rules about sharing information. You have the right to have your information handled with care and respect, to ask how your information is used, and to share any concerns about your privacy at any time. If you have questions, please contact your Case Manager at A&I Avenues; call 303-439-7011; or email questions@aiavenues.org.
